Six months ago, I was posting 3 times a week.

Barely.

I'd sit down to create content and spend 2 hours staring at a blank screen.

"What should I post today?"

"Is this idea good enough?"

"What if nobody cares?"

By the time I actually posted something, I was exhausted.

Then I discovered a system that changed everything.

Now I create 14 posts a week in under 90 minutes total.

Let me show you exactly how.

The Problem With "Just Post Consistently"

Everyone tells you to post daily.

Nobody tells you HOW to come up with ideas daily without losing your mind.

So you either:

  1. Post random thoughts and get no traction

  2. Spend hours "researching" and never post

  3. Burn out after 2 weeks and quit

The issue isn't your creativity.

It's your lack of a system.

The 5-Minute Content System

This is the exact process I use every single week.

It takes 5 minutes to set up. Then content flows automatically.

Here's how it works.

STEP 1: Brain Dump (5 Minutes on Sunday)

Grab your phone. Open your notes app.

Set a timer for 5 minutes.

Write down EVERY idea that comes to mind:

  • Questions people ask you

  • Mistakes you see beginners make

  • Tools you use daily

  • Stories from your week

  • Lessons you learned

  • Problems you solved

Don't filter. Don't judge. Just dump.

You'll have 15-30 rough ideas in 5 minutes.

That's more than enough for the week.

STEP 2: Turn Ideas Into Hooks (30 Minutes on Sunday)

Now take your brain dump and turn each idea into a hook.

Use these proven hook templates:

The Mistake Hook:
"Most people [do X]. Here's why that's killing your [result]."

The Number Hook:
"I tested [X number] of [things]. Only [Y] actually worked."

The Timeline Hook:
"I went from [bad state] to [good state] in [timeframe]. Here's how."

The Secret Hook:
"Nobody talks about [topic]. Here's what they're missing."

The System Hook:
"Here's the [X]-step system I use to [desired result]."

Go through your brain dump. Turn each idea into a hook using one of these templates.

You now have 15-30 ready-to-use hooks.

That's 2-4 weeks of content.

STEP 3: Batch Scripts (60 Minutes on Sunday)

Pick 14 hooks (7 days × 2 posts per day).

Now write the full scripts.

Use this simple structure for every post:

[Hook] (0-3 seconds)
[Promise] (3-7 seconds)
[Delivery] (7-50 seconds)
[CTA/Question] (50-60 seconds)

Example:

Hook: "I made $4,300 last month using 3 free AI tools."

Promise: "Here's exactly what I used and how you can copy it."

Delivery:
"Tool 1: ChatGPT for scripts.
Tool 2: ElevenLabs for voiceovers.
Tool 3: CapCut for editing.
I batch 10 videos every Sunday. That's my entire system."

CTA: "Which one are you trying first? Comment below."

That's it. One script done in 4-5 minutes.

Do this 14 times. You're done in an hour.

STEP 4: Edit On Schedule (10-15 Minutes Per Post)

Now you have 14 scripts ready to go.

Each day, you just:

  1. Pick the script

  2. Find or create the visuals (or use your clip library)

  3. Add voiceover (AI or your own voice)

  4. Drop in captions

  5. Post

Total time per post: 10-15 minutes.

You're not "creating content" anymore.

You're just executing what you already prepared.

Why This System Destroys "Winging It"

Before this system:

  • Spend 2 hours per post trying to think of ideas

  • Post 3 times a week, stressed and inconsistent

  • Content feels forced and random

  • Total time: 6 hours/week for 3 posts

After this system:

  • Spend 90 minutes on Sunday batching everything

  • Post 14 times a week, relaxed and consistent

  • Content feels natural and strategic

  • Total time: 90 minutes + (14 × 12 minutes) = 4.5 hours/week for 14 posts

I went from 6 hours for 3 posts to 4.5 hours for 14 posts.

And the content is better because I'm not scrambling.

The Secret Most People Miss

Content creation isn't about being creative every single day.

It's about being creative ONCE, then executing daily.

Separate idea generation from content production.

When you try to do both at the same time, you get stuck.

When you batch ideas first, execution becomes mechanical.

That's the unlock.

The Tools That Make This Easier

You don't need fancy software. But these help:

For organizing ideas:
Apple Notes, Notion, or Google Docs

For writing hooks:
ChatGPT (use prompt: "Turn this idea into 10 viral hooks: [your idea]")

For scheduling posts:
Buffer, Later, or Metricool

For batching videos:
CapCut, Canva, or any simple editor

Keep it simple. The system matters more than the tools.

What Changed When I Started Using This

Month 1: Posted 3x/week, stressed, made $0

Month 2: Implemented this system, posted 10x/week, made $800

Month 3: Posted 14x/week, made $2,100

Now: Post 14x/week without thinking about it, averaging $9,400/month

The system freed up mental space to focus on monetization instead of "what should I post today?"

That's the real benefit.

How To Start This Week

Don't overthink it.

Do this today:

Step 1: Set a timer for 5 minutes. Brain dump every content idea you have.

Step 2: Pick your best 7 ideas. Turn them into hooks using the templates I gave you.

Step 3: Write full scripts for those 7 hooks. (Use the 4-part structure: Hook, Promise, Delivery, CTA)

Step 4: Schedule time each day to edit and post one.

That's one week of content done in under an hour.

Once you see how easy it is, you'll never go back to winging it.

The Biggest Mistake I See

People try to batch 30 days of content in one sitting.

They get overwhelmed. They quit.

Start small.

Batch 7 days. See how it feels.

Once that becomes easy, batch 14 days.

Then 30.

Don't try to be perfect on day one.

Just start batching.
